Silent Awareness Water Meditation - A remembrance of what we are and have always been
Silent Awareness Water Meditation is a soft and deep experience of the source of our being, in a direct and playful way. With light and flowing movements above and below the water, the body is held, turned and stretched, moved and expanded. This experience in the warm ocean water, is supported by weightlessness, easiness and silence. The deepest relaxation can take place, while tensions are dissolving.
On a physical level, the Silent-Awareness water meditation brings awareness to the tensions and holding patterns in the body. It increases fluidity of movement in joints and muscles and is very beneficial in balancing the nervous system. This is a beautiful opportunity to regain trust and inner balance even after fears and old traumatic experiences in water. My part in this is to invite your body and mind to let go into freedom, silence and joy.

The first part of this meditation is on top of the water. Relaxing the body and tuning into each other. The body is held, turned and stretched, moved and expanded. Only when you feel ready to go under water we go to the next stage. |

When the body relaxes, and only when you feel ready. I take you for a few seconds under water. The nose-clip will prevent water from getting in your nose. The movements are become more and more like a slow dance. |

My place is to listen to what feels easy and natural for your body and to respond to that. When the breathing becomes slower and you like to stay longer under water we go to the next stage. |

Deeper and free flowing movements in combination with no movement and silence. Totally free from control is to taste this silent awareness, that you have always been. |
